About Your Chef
I’m Andrea, the chef behind Linen & Lobster.
I’ve spent more than twenty years working in hospitality, building my career around the belief that good food has a way of bringing people together. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to lead the kitchens of multiple Italian restaurants as a Head Chef, experiences that shaped my love of thoughtful, ingredient-driven cooking and the art of creating food that feels both generous and refined.
My approach to cooking has been shaped by the places I’ve called home — from growing up along the Connecticut shoreline, where seafood, summer gatherings, and a deep appreciation for coastal living were part of everyday life, to becoming a chef in Vermont, where I had the opportunity to work with some of the finest ingredients and farmers in the country.
Italian cooking has had a lasting influence on me: respect for exceptional ingredients, letting simplicity shine, and understanding that some of the best meals are the ones meant to be shared. Combined with my New England roots and love of the coast, those influences have become the foundation of my cooking today.
Linen & Lobster grew from my love of bringing the restaurant experience into a more intimate setting. Whether it’s a special dinner for two, a celebration with friends, or an unforgettable evening around your own dining table, I want the experience to feel personal, relaxed, and entirely yours.
Every menu is thoughtfully created around the occasion, the season, and the people sitting at the table. I’ll take care of the planning, shopping, preparation, cooking, and cleanup, so you can step away from the kitchen and be fully present with your guests.
Good food, beautiful tables, and the people you love gathered around them.
Welcome to Linen & Lobster.
